- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop customised recruitment strategies.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of channels and platforms.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions and drive business success.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Genuine interest in learning and development, with a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
