- Support funeral teams and respond to client needs and service requests
- Oversee documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes
- Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies
- Participate in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations
- Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
- Provide vital services to families to assist them to celebrate the lives of their loved ones
