Lead Strategic Data Insights

The successful candidate will drive data-informed decision-making by translating business goals and challenges into actionable analytics solutions. With a strong grasp of the HUB24 data landscape, you'll design scalable, reliable solutions that support key objectives and influence critical decisions across projects and planning.

As a team leader, you'll mentor analysts and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver mature, reliable, and scalable analytics solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Generate objective, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply advanced analytical and statistical modelling techniques where required to enable step-change improvements in business operations and overall maturity.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming requests and programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with sub-teams to define and deliver end-to-end analytics program waypoints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their practical applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
  • Proven experience applying analytical thinking, design thinking, and critical problem-solving to real business challenges.
