As a Data Analytics Enablement Manager, you will drive the enablement of analytics capabilities across Commercial & Personal Injury portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
- 10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale data initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
