Lead Data Strategy and Deliver Business Outcomes

The role of the Data & Analytics Practice Lead at our organization presents a unique opportunity for a senior data leader to drive strategy, delivery, and innovation across data projects. This is a high-impact position where you will lead and grow a high-performing data & analytics team, define and deliver end-to-end data strategies for enterprise clients, and oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing data & analytics team
  • Define and deliver end-to-end data strategies for enterprise clients
  • Drive integration between SAP and other source systems to cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and/or SAP Cloud products (Business Data Cloud, BW/4, Datasphere, SAC)
  • Oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in enterprise consulting or professional services who has hands-on expertise with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure). You should have excellent data modeling, architecture, and analytics skills, as well as proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
