Hotel Sales and Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales and Marketing Leader to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Daily sales activities management and coaching of the team to achieve maximum potential.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses through networking and industry events.
  • Create and implement sales plans that drive incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales.
  • Negotiate partnerships with airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies to drive bookings and increase brand visibility.
  • Organise media launches, familiarisation tours, and networking events to generate buzz and create awareness about the hotel among key stakeholders.
  • Produce and review monthly reports to monitor performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with supervisory experience beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strategic thinking and openness to exploring new ways of working.
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships.
