Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to drive revenue and lead the Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, coaching the team to deliver exceptional results, establishing strong relationships with clients and local businesses, creating effective sales strategies, identifying and negotiating partnerships, organizing events, producing reports, and developing key client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales activities and coach the team to achieve high performance levels
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses through networking and attending industry events
  • Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant organizations, such as airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies, to drive bookings and increase brand visibility
  • Organize events such as media launches, familiarization tours, and networking events to generate buzz and create awareness about the hotel among key stakeholders
  • Produce and review monthly reports to monitor performance
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals to maximize profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with supervisory experience beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strategic thinking and openness to exploring new ways of working
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships
