About the Role

As a Senior Governance and Risk Officer, you will play a key role in facilitating, monitoring, and reporting on internal audit programs. You will support the implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and processes.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to internal audit, governance, and risk. Additionally, you will provide high-quality written advice in the form of reports, briefs, or discussion papers to address issues and provide recommendations.

Your expertise will include educating stakeholders on governance, internal audit, and risk management policy development to support informed decision-making and embed an audit and risk culture at all levels of the organisation.

This is an ongoing role working 35 hours per week in a hybrid environment with flexible leave arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About You

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated experience in leading and supporting audit and risk programs, strong communication, project management, and time management skills.

Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a small dynamic team environment and be able to engage relevant stakeholders in the organisation.
