The Manager, Corporate Governance plays a pivotal role in facilitating risk and governance discussions across the Executive Leadership Team, Audit and Risk Committee, and the broader business.
This position is integral to Health Infrastructure's journey of continuous improvement to embed risk practices within every level of its operations.
The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of application across government agencies and be able to foster a business culture of integrity, conformance, transparency, accountability, and best practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementing and managing an effective risk and governance framework to maximise adoption by all staff.
Leading the development/continuous improvement and periodic review of the enterprise risk management framework, associated risk management processes, and policies.
Developing and presenting training to uplift risk and governance capability.
RequirementsA risk and governance professional with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and solid understanding of governance importance in strategic and operational functions including cyber security.
