Job Overview

As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performance, continuous improvement culture that maximises equipment reliability and ensures consistent product supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Manage capital and NPD projects to support world-class operational performance and ongoing site improvement initiatives.
  • Drive asset management and budgeting, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, maintenance scheduling (routine and shutdown), and optimisation of packaging line performance.
Requirements
  • Experience managing budgets, with strong business acumen.
  • Experience leading maintenance or reliability programs in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
