Maintenance Manager Role

Ensure plant and equipment are maintained to perform at optimum levels, achieving safe, efficient and effective manufacturing of quality product.

  • Promote a professional team-based work culture by maintaining an open and direct managerial style
  • Support employees within the engineering and maintenance teams, promoting a continuous learning organization and implementing changes for improvement
  • Implement systemic and process-driven methodologies to achieve reliability outcomes
  • Develop, promote and implement Health and Safety strategies, prioritizing safety above all else
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in engineering management or maintenance planning, with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience in managing and leading a team to achieve reliability outcomes
  • High-level communication and relationship management skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
