Job Title: Senior Reliability Expert
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production workflows and improve overall plant efficiency
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective action to resolve equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs
- Mentor and train junior engineers in best practices and reliability techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in reliability engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CMMS software and other maintenance management tools
