**Reliability Maintenance Expert**

We are seeking an experienced reliability maintenance expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant and all machinery/equipment operates efficiently to maximise throughput.

Key responsibilities include completing required work orders with minimal impact to the production schedule, maintaining a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management system, and utilising knowledge and experience to identify faults and rectifying them under pressure.

Additionally, the role involves general cleaning and housekeeping of areas, tools, and machinery, as well as working with the maintenance manager and planner to ensure safety related issues and risks are realised, resolved, and captured.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to juggle competing priorities while maintaining quality work, and have a passion for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of maintenance, engineering, and production processes within a manufacturing environment, be trade qualified, and have a proven track record in mechanical maintenance.
