Site Manager Job Description

The role of a Site Manager involves overseeing the construction and refurbishment of commercial spaces. This includes managing projects from initial shell fit out to completion, ensuring that high-end finishes are achieved.

You will report directly to major stakeholders and the project manager, working on projects with budgets exceeding $5 million. A successful candidate will have previous experience in construction and refurbishment, as well as relevant licenses such as QBCC Supervisors or Builders license.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A trade background is essential for this role.
  • Candidates must have prior experience in construction and refurbishment.
  • Experience with projects in the $5 million+ range is an advantage.
  • A valid QBCC Supervisors or Builders license is required.
  • First Aid certification is also necessary.
