Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

  • This role requires previous experience in managing large-scale commercial projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $30 million.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong financial acumen and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  3. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
  5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
  6. Drive effective communication between all project participants.
About You:
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in excess of $30 million.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
