Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing commercial construction projects, including both new build and fit-out scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects valued between $10M and $30M.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
  • Drive effective communication between all project participants.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, including both new build and fitout scopes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in the $10M - $30M range.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
