Job Overview

The APAC region is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support colleagues in Australia and Singapore. This role will help deliver the people agenda, manage the employee lifecycle, and enable effective processes to drive growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner across various activities including performance management, wellness, employee relations, talent management, onboarding, promotions, salary reviews, and people metrics.
  • Develop and own local people plans for the client group; coordinate with people operations, reward, recruitment, employee experience, and learning & development to drive progress.
  • Build trusted relationships and provide hands-on and strategic support to partner leads in delivering business plans.
  • Advise, coach, and upskill people managers across the APAC region with varying levels of experience.
  • Deliver training programs to educate and upskill employees on best practices and ways of working.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders, challenge, and influence as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR, ideally in a HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with application of local labour law and internal procedures.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with local labour law changes and upskill colleagues accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Good judgement and risk awareness, balancing regional needs with long-term interests.
