Senior Food and Beverage Manager

This is a senior food and beverage role that involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple outlets and conference spaces. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. They will be able to work under pressure, think on their feet, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
The role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with other departments such as kitchen and front of house. You will also need to be confident in your ability to coach and develop others, as this is an important aspect of the job.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and conference spaces

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
