The Team Leader position is a crucial role within the Community Mental Health Team. It demands advanced clinical expertise and strong leadership abilities to drive excellence in consumer care and clinical practice.
This pivotal role requires a commitment to recovery-oriented service delivery, guiding professional development across the multidisciplinary team, and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based assessments and interventions.
The ideal candidate will possess expert level skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments, experience working with people with serious mental illness, and demonstrated management experience or ability to provide leadership.

- Manage key operational functions including rostering, workload allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead change within the workplace, balance competing demands, and motivate staff.
- Expert level skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments.
- Demonstrated management experience or ability to provide leadership.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Current Driver's License and willingness to use it for work purposes.
