Shaping the Future of Real Estate

JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lobby Host to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage events and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage access badges and maintain security protocols
  • Handle incoming calls and manage mail and couriers
  • Coordinate meeting room requirements and assist with event planning
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team as needed
  • Maintain documentation and perform daily inspections of premises
  • Build and develop effective client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure the site's financial operations meet targets and compliance requirements
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and best practices
  • Assist with stock take and replenishment
  • Manage IT assets and coordinate hardware distribution
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience in event management is a plus
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management is a bonus
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of facilities management practices preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
