JLL is seeking a dynamic Lobby Host Supervisor to join our client-based team, working with one of the world's largest tech companies. You'll assist the Workplace Manager with front-of-house operations, finance, maintenance, vendor oversight, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lobby Hosts and deliver high-quality facility management services
  • Oversee daily concierge duties and front-of-house operations
  • Coordinate events and manage IT assets
  • Liaise with clients and tenants on facility management issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and risk management procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering best practices and quality service
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
  • Understanding of facilities services (soft or hard)
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
