YETI is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven, Allocation Planning Specialist who can utilize historical data and forward strategy to forecast our sales and inventory across multiple channels and regions to support our continued growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocation & replenishment: Support forecast replenishment and allocations across direct to consumer, wholesale & corporate channels and markets
- Inventory Management: Execute plans to ensure we have the right product, in the right place and the right time
- Demand Planning: Support the Demand Planner in updating, maintaining, and submitting our monthly demand plan
- Reporting: maintain & interpret reports and action based on business requirements
- Responsible for reacting and adjusting to changes in allocation driven by supply and demand and communicating those changes to key stakeholders efficiently to ensure mínimal impact.
- Support cross-functionally with Sales, Category Managers, Channel Owners, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Customization to communicate inventory availability
- Teamwork: work collaboratively and build strong relationships with multiple teams within the business

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- At least 1 year of experience in inventory, supply, demand planning or stock management in Fashion Retail, FMCG or large format retailer with multiple channels and markets
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Experience using BI tools (eg Power BI, Tableau) advantageous
- Strong analytical and reporting experience
- Strong ability to interpret data and results, and turning this into action
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and be agile
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Foundational commercial acumen
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree highly desired in related fields (Supply Chain, Finance, Business), but not essential based on field experience
