About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our passionate team in Brisbane as a Wellness Medispa Coordinator

This incredible opportunity allows you to be part of creating a world-class wellness experience, where you will work closely with experienced Dermal Therapists, Remedial Massage and Ayurvedic Therapists, and an onsite Cosmetic Nurse.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience to build a strong and loyal clientele
  • Support the team to facilitate their day so they can reach their targets
  • Coordinate the smooth day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Actively recommend skin and wellness programs and homecare
  • Oversee and optimise all bookings and team schedules

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven background in reception or coordination in the skin, aesthetic, or wellness industries
  • Warm and professional guest service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisation skills, advanced computer skills, and attention to detail
  • Proven retail and sales skills
  • Personal interest in people, skin, health, wellness, longevity, and/or nutrition
