Supporting Aboriginal Women in a Therapeutic Residential Program

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team and provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management services to Aboriginal women in a therapeutic, all-female residential program.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small caseload (max 10, often 5) and deliver meaningful, trauma-informed care. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing culturally safe, trauma-informed case management services
  • Supporting relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
  • Building strong connections with clients and their families
  • Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate case notes

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification and experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings. Strong communication and cultural awareness skills are essential for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, generous salary packaging, 6 weeks annual leave, and 4 paid mental health days. A $3,000 relocation package is also available for eligible candidates.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
  • Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
  • A driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check
