About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans

Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop tailored success plans to drive growth and retention.

Drive Adoption and Engagement

Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for adoption and engagement, and develop strategies to drive user onboarding, training, and adoption.

Renewal and Expansion

Own the renewal process for each customer, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn. Identify opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to drive growth.

Account Management

Collaborate with the account team to develop comprehensive account plans that drive strategy around expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.

Customer Advocacy

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to leverage customer relationships to expand to other sites, business units, or partner companies.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role for a B2B SaaS company or similar technology company, with exposure to multinational organizations.

Industry Expertise

Experience interacting with and presenting to senior director+ levels at global Fortune 500 companies.

Data-Driven Approach

A data-driven individual who understands the importance of customer health indicators and how to pivot account strategy when required.

Business Acumen

Adept at translating corporate objectives into strategic priorities for an account and gaining stakeholder alignment.

Renewal and Expansion Experience

Experience owning the renewal process and collaborating with sales and services organizations to build and execute account plans that lead to customer advocacy and expansion.
