About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success and Technical Deployments team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the successful onboarding and deployment of eSentire's services, and providing ongoing support and guidance to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent technical skills, and a customer-focused approach. They will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers
  • Helping customers plan and deploy eSentire's services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs and pain points
  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies
What We Require

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in information security, customer success, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of security industry best practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
