About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Scaled Customer Success to join our team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for leading a team that drives customer satisfaction and retention across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of customer success professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute plans to engage customers, drive adoption, and ensure they are getting the most value from our products and services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
