Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure customer success, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Develop and implement onboarding plans to ensure seamless customer adoption and successful product implementation.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact customer adoption or retention.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Relationship Building and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to measure customer success and business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
