
Live Events Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuity across client accounts.
You will work closely with clients and internal departments, such as marketing, web, technology, and finance, to maintain a high level of service delivery.
The Client Services Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
- Event Building, Checking and Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely event building in accordance with procedures.
- Event Day Delivery: On-site testing and client support on event days, including managing Box Office Staff, Post-event Reporting, Settlements, and operational feedback.
- Client Relationships: Partner with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames, deliver accurate event builds, and provide timely reporting and insights.
- Event Operations: Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System and manage ticketing operations on event days, including managing box office staff.
- Customer Services: Be the main point of contact between clients/venues and the Customer Solutions Team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow at all times.
- Event Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with internal and external leads to implement marketing and promotional strategies ahead of time and fulfill them as planned.
- Business Development: Work with the State Manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to Clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile.
