At Campaign Monitor, we help businesses connect with their audiences through personalized, impactful email campaigns. As an Associate Growth Product Manager (Growth APM), you will be responsible for delivering successful client-facing products and features within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product planning and execution, developing comprehensive plans to deliver the contracted scope.
  • C coordinate product activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and A/B testing results to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and run experiments to optimize key growth metrics.
  • Monitor and track progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project success.
  • Participate in regular product/feature status meetings, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage project stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels and managing expectations.
  • Manage changes to product/feature scope, timelines, and resources.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles.
  • Experience with product analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • SaaS software experience: basic understanding of SaaS software delivery processes.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and A/B testing.
