Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze merchants' payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with risk, deployment, finance, and product teams for merchant payment-related concerns.
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes or products that can potentially lead to merchant churn.
  • Manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and requests for service and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Payment Processors, Payment Gateways, Merchant Services Providers, or similar positions.
  • Skilled in customer service and technical support.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools and Salesforce.
