
Procurement and Contract Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Specialist to manage ongoing contract administration, focusing on head contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and negotiate downstream forms of agreement, drafting final terms with consideration of risk allocation and upstream obligations.
- Prepare contractual correspondence and provide advice.
- Manage payment claims, notifications, and variation/EOT claims.
- Maintain registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
- Assess, certify, and process payment claims.
- Forecast cost and revenue monthly.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (desirable).
- 5+ years' experience in the Construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
