Job Title: Member Support ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
We offer a competitive package including base salary, super, and uncapped commission. Ongoing training and support will be provided to develop your customer service, sales, and leadership skills through our Gold Certification and Emerging Leader awards.
