Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall finance performance and forecast accuracy for Asia Gaming, working with the Category, Channel Marketing, and Sales teams to understand the drivers and levers available to influence.
  • Deliver results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business for the area of responsibility, including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting.

Partnership and Collaboration

  • Partner with Worldwide/Asia Gaming to drive cross-group alignment for investment strategy and priorities, delivering clarity on priorities and investments.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel Marketing to understand cost to serve by priority and partner investments for GM optimization.
  • Share business insights and advance solutions and action plans to drive business goals and short-term accountabilities.

Protecting Microsoft's Interests

  • Drive the right tone from executive leadership and ensure strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance.
  • Drive a compliant culture through actions and decisions to instill trust.
  • Champion Microsoft's privacy, security, and ethical standards.
