We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team in Brisbane and play a key role in managing the customer journey across all stages of the construction cycle.

">About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and customers are kept informed every step of the way.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration and customer engagement from contract stage through to defect maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain job files and documentation to company standards
  • Assist clients with colour selections and variations
  • Liaise with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to ensure timely approvals
  • Oversee covenant applications, permits, and compliance requirements
  • Raise progress claims and ensure timely payment in line with legislation
  • Monitor defect requests and escalate where necessary
  • Provide proactive, professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the build

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to manage competing deadlines.
