Organizational Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.

  • Develops and delivers training programs to support organizational objectives, while also managing internal and external communications.
  • Identifies training needs, designs and implements development plans, and ensures effective communication of information to relevant audiences.
  • Creates engaging content, manages communication channels, and delivers training on various platforms.
  • Designs, develops, delivers, and manages engagement and communications strategies.
  • Has knowledge of AFP sensitive capability collection functions.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management, training program development, and communication strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of AFP sensitive capability collection functions is highly desirable.
