Job Overview

The role of a Transformation Specialist is pivotal in driving change initiatives across the organization. This position leads the planning and execution of transformation strategies to support successful project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

This individual will develop and implement transformation strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance. They will lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities throughout the organization and within projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities throughout the organization and within projects.
  • Support the development of project artefacts such as Communication Plans, Training Plans, and Transformation Impact Assessments.
  • Contribute to project scoping by identifying transformation impacts and stakeholder needs early in the lifecycle.
  • Participate in project health checks and governance reviews to ensure transformation risks are proactively managed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years experience in Transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in leading transformation within complex project environments.
  • Strong understanding of transformation methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) and their practical application.
  • Prosci (or other) transformation certifications.
  • Experience working in regulated environments is desirable.
