Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Portfolio and Financial Services section, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead the implementation of agile project delivery methodologies
    • Develop and manage technology project budgets and project governance functions
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
    • Ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products and services

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to deliver complex technology projects that drive business outcomes. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding teams in the adoption of agile practices and principles. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership and coaching skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in product or project management, computer science, business, or a similar field is desirable.
