About the Role:

The Cultural Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of cultural change strategies to support successful project delivery, training, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that cultural change impacts are identified, assessed, and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cultural change strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  2. Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to drive cultural change.
  3. Support the integration of cultural change management into project lifecycle governance and reporting frameworks.
  4. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and agility across the organization.
  5. Embed cultural change principles into project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational methodologies.
  6. Contribute to project scoping by identifying cultural change impacts and stakeholder needs early in the lifecycle.
  7. Support the development of project artefacts such as Communication Plans, Training Plans, and Change Impact Assessments.
  8. Participate in project health checks and governance reviews to ensure cultural change risks are proactively managed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cultural transformation, organizational development, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for cultural transformation.
