
Sales Relationship Manager

To contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
This role involves maintaining day-to-day operations within the tyres business, including tasks such as product support, interactions with fitting partners, suppliers and logistics providers, as well as administrative duties.
Outbound calls are made to new and existing clients to understand their business requirements and identify growth opportunities, including onboarding and upselling services.
Closing rates and conversion of online leads from customers need to be improved.
Enquiries are managed through to resolution, involving liaison with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
Advice is provided to clients on wash & tyres sales products and services.
Sustainable and authentic relationships are developed and grown to retain clients using strong relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving its goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve closing rates and convert online leads into sales.
- Manage enquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on wash & tyres sales products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong customer service, sales and account management skills are essential, along with effective verbal and written communication.
