Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize pricing and revenue recognition.
  • Process daily invoices, end-of-month transactions, and sales reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support audits and compliance activities related to sales operations.
  • Manage service contract administration, invoicing, and spare parts stock coordination.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and distribution.
  • Recent working knowledge of an ERP system; SAP ECC 6.0 is mandatory.
