Medicines Policy and Strategy Specialist Role

The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop high-quality, evidence-based medicines-related policies, procedures, and guidelines (PPGs) and medication protocols that support safe, standardized, and sustainable medicines use across the organization.

This key position requires leadership in the development of PPGs and medication protocols, establishment of efficient approaches for their creation, review, and maintenance, and assistance in reviewing and authoring non-pharmacy sponsored PPGs. The specialist will also develop, standardize, and govern internal pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
