Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, evidence-based medicines-related policies, procedures and guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about driving innovation, standardisation, efficiency and supporting best care regarding medication use.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to shape clinical policy and service delivery
  • Develop and govern clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of all policies sponsored by the Director of Pharmacy
  • Assist with the review and authorship of non-pharmacy sponsored policies
  • Standardise internal pharmacy operating procedures
About You
  • Experience engaging with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy development and governance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant aspects of pharmacy services
  • Able to practice in accordance with AdPha Guidelines
