Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the operational execution of a high-performing team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and business impact through effective coaching, clear objectives, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists to deliver best-in-class professional services.
  • Oversight of the operational execution of the professional services team to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, tools, and metrics to create a world-class professional services organization.
  • Establish and lead a Project Management Office (PMO) leveraging Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality service delivery.

Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of years of experience in professional services within a high-tech environment, with a proven track record of operationalizing and delivering service offerings.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge, including security frameworks, network infrastructure, threat landscapes, and security solution implementations.
  • Experience in establishing and leading a Project Management Office (PMO) using Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies.

Candidate Qualities:

  • Leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to optimize service operations.
