We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client's team in Melbourne. Acting as the 2IC to the Head of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in leading service delivery across solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data management, cloud integration, and technology evaluation.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of technical projects and enhancement services across the division including driving business value, ensuring seamless delivery, and aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of technology projects in both project and operational domains, ensuring efficiency, alignment with business objectives, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee Solution & Enterprise Architecture, including Security and Pre-Sales Solutioning.
  • Lead Azure Integration Architecture and Hybrid Cloud Environment support.
  • Drive Data & Analytics Solutioning, Governance, and Cloud Management strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, SaaS, and Managed Services for market competitiveness.
  • Manage product licensing and act as SME for SaaS & Managed Services.
  • Lead business, integration, and new technology projects, including client mobilisations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, infrastructure specialists, and business analysts to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture initiatives and technology strategy planning.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving technical and business challenges.

Skills & Expertise required:

  • Proven background in Service Delivery Management, with strong expertise in Solution Architecture (including Pre-Sales Solutioning) and Enterprise Architecture (including Security).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Architecture and Hybrid Cloud Environments.
  • Strong track record in project/portfolio management, managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management, SaaS licensing, and Managed Services oversight.
  • Experience with Data & Analytics Solutioning & Governance, and managing contractual requirements.
  • Proven success managing business, integration, and technology projects, including client mobilisations.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience optimising team performance and managing outsourced resources.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
