**What success looks like in this role**:
If you are a "build, operate and grow" mindset professional we have an opportunity for you to work as a Client/Service Delivery Executive with a large government client handling their End User Experience (EUX) Managed Service model.
Acting as the Go to Person for a large government Customer Experience Managed Service customer. You will know you are successful when you are exceeding the operational and financial performance objectives for the account and recognised as a trusted partner to the client stakeholders. Within Unisys you will be seen as a ley partner to the Account Executive, and highlighting your vision for value creation opportunities in the account and associated departmental arenas, resulting in pipeline that is closable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the successful planning, implementation and execution of the contracted services.
- Being the "Go To" person for the client regarding all delivery aspects of the contract. Leading and managing the statement of work and controls risks, scope of work and budget. This includes meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's), financial performance, quality, continuous improvement and value creation.
- Passionate leader coaching a team of 15+ people for success.
- Managing key relationships with client's operational and business contacts. You will also have strong visibility and influence with internal stakeholders across sales and service line business units.
- Able to ensure we are meeting SLA's for performance measures, productivity and financial objectives.
- Maintain strategic and operational account governance framework to year and life of the contract.
- Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost of delivery and service.
- Lead the continuous client satisfaction improvement program delivering ongoing Service Improvement and Innovation.
- Bring a visionary context to developing our value proposition within the client, identifying areas of pipeline for future work, within the department and across broader structures.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Australian Citizen
- Bachelor Degree in a Business or IT discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 years delivering in a Customer Experience Managed Service model.
- Working understanding of Field Services, End Point Management and Applications, Service Management and Global Delivery models.
- Accountability and oversight of customer satisfaction, risk and governance processes in the account.
- Executive Presence and able to build and maintain relationships across business.
- Strong communication skills reporting in a client and commercial situations.
- Agile learner, able to continuously learn about Unisys and industry service offerings.
- Financial Acumen applied to contractual performance.
- Coaching delivery professionals for success.
- Ability to travel as and when required.
