Sales Support Specialist

The role of Sales Support Specialist is an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent position in our team.
About the Opportunity- Process livestock sales, including saleyard sales, private sales, and clearing sales. This involves managing vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to livestock transactions.
- Attend sale days as required at saleyards and on farm at stud sales. Ensuring that sales are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide professional customer service to clients by responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
This role includes a rotating Saturday roster. To be successful, you will have previous experience in a team support role and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of livestock sales, including vendor and purchaser accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and budgets.
