This role requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills who has experience in ministerial and parliamentary systems and processes.
About the Role
The primary focus of this position involves providing high-level support for the development and enhancement of an organisation's reputation as a world-class service by supporting them to establish strong relationships with government agencies, engage stakeholders, and communicate effectively through defined channels.
This includes managing ministerial and parliamentary documents, responses, and processes; reviewing and ensuring the quality of documents against defined templates, policies, and guidelines; and building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.
