About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team at The Recruitment Company Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting cloud solutions, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Install, configure, and maintain virtual servers, cloud infrastructure, and cloud networks within Azure.
  • Implement Identity Management Solutions to ensure secure access to cloud resources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
  • Respond to and resolve customer incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster system and be available to undertake support work outside of normal business hours if required.
Requirements
  • 8 years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and deploying common Azure services, including Virtual Machine, Databases, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, Azure site recovery, Azure backups/restores, Azure High Availability, Azure microservices, and Azure HCI.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and deploying common Office 365 services, including users, security, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, licensing, and migrating Office 365 domains.
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Active Directory domain services, Azure B2C, on-prem domain controllers, conditional access, Azure AAD Sync, and Hybrid AD.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Azure and M365 security and compliance, including DLP, Information governance, Advanced Threat Management, AIP, and secure score.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing cloud networking and security, including firewalls, network security groups, ExpressRoute, Azure VPN, and Microsoft Azure networking and security best practices.
  • Proven experience deploying and migrating cloud workloads, including Office 365 and Azure.
  • Experience with Intune, Intune policy creation, device enrollment, device compliance, policy troubleshooting, and Autopilot.
  • Experience in Azure automation and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in Azure availability and capacity management and monitoring.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
