Port Shore Excursion Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Port Delivery Team. As a Port Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, managing team members, and coordinating logistics at various ports in Australia.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations & Delivery team as a key leader. You will be responsible for guaranteeing proper resources to deliver operations and manage staffing accordingly to the needs of each operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of direct reports
- Ensuring efficient and effective processes at the Port (Shorex operations)
- Developing and maintaining continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders
- Planning and booking of services to conduct shore excursions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess high capacity to manage a team, ability to use MS Office tools, comfortable leading change, resilient to ambiguity or setbacks, and able to solve problems independently.
